The base salary range for this role is indicated in the posting. This range reflects the company’s good faith estimate of the compensation for this position at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location. Lead and manage the Site/Civil department for the Central region, setting the vision, driving performance, and ensuring high-quality project execution. Actively engage in technical site/civil engineering tasks—including grading, drainage, utilities, and site development—while guiding project teams to successful delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact for key programmatic clients, building long-term partnerships and ensuring consistent, high-quality service across multiple projects. Grow the department by bringing in new work, strengthening existing relationships, developing proposals, and expanding your own book of business. Manage team resources, workload forecasting, staffing needs, and project assignments to ensure efficient use of talent and timely delivery. Coach, train, and develop junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a positive learning environment and supporting career growth. Oversee and support project execution from concept through construction, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. Work with firm leadership to align departmental goals with company-wide initiatives and long-term growth strategies.
