Due to MSG's continued growth, a new opening is available for a Civil Project Manager to assist with our projects in Detroit! Manage civil engineering projects from concept through construction, including site development, roadway, utility, stormwater, and infrastructure improvements Serve as the primary point of contact for municipal and private-sector clients Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, staffing, and risk management Prepare and oversee the development of engineering reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including planning, environmental, surveying, and construction services Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations Lead meetings with clients, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders Provide technical oversight, mentorship, and professional development for junior staff Support business development efforts, including proposal development and client pursuits Monitor project performance and ensure adherence to quality control standards
