Due to MSG's continued growth, a new opening is available for a Senior Project Manager to assist with our projects in Maumee, Cleveland, Columbus, or Cincinnati! We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage a wide variety of environmental projects with a focus on environmental site assessments, remediation, and brownfield redevelopment. You will also assist in business development activities, communicate with clients and regulatory staff, and mentor team members. You will perform various project duties, including: Manage and oversee environmental consulting projects from initiation through completion, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality control. Lead Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) in accordance with ASTM standards and/or state regulatory requirements Plan, implement, and manage environmental remediation projects involving soil, groundwater, and vapor intrusion. Support and lead brownfield redevelopment projects, including coordination with stakeholders, developers, and regulatory agencies. Provide technical expertise and regulatory guidance related to Ohio EPA programs, including the Voluntary Action Program (VAP). Ensure compliance with Ohio Bureau of Underground Storage Tank Regulations (BUSTR) requirements. Prepare and review technical reports, work plans, risk assessments, and closure documentation. Manage client relationships, including communication, proposals, and business development support. Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing technical direction and professional development. Coordinate with subcontractors, laboratories, and regulatory agencies. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
