Talbert, Bright & Ellington, LLC. (TBE) is a full-service, professional aviation engineering firm focused on the planning, design, and construction for airports in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and Florida. Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina for over 30 years. Currently, TBE is seeking a full-time Resident Project Representative (RPR) to support airfield and landside projects and clients at airports across the region. Act as the primary on-site representative for TBE during the construction phase of assigned projects. Monitor and document daily construction activities to ensure compliance with contract documents, specifications, and regulatory standards. Prepare daily reports, field notes, photo documentation, and quantity tracking for contractor work. Coordinate and participate in construction meetings with airport staff, contractors, and project designers. Review contractor pay applications, submittals, and Requests for Information (RFIs). Verify quality control measures, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines. Assist with materials testing coordination and tracking. Communicate field observations and issues clearly to the design team and airport staff. Support project closeout efforts including punch lists, final inspections, and record drawings.
