We are currently seeking an experienced Survey Technician to join our Tempe, Arizona office Prepare accurate, high-quality survey deliverables, including complex survey computations, calculations, and supporting documentation. Develop point calculations using existing survey monuments to support field data collection and project layout. Perform field surveys using advanced equipment, including GPS, robotic total stations, and digital levels, to collect precise topographic, boundary, and construction data. Review and evaluate survey work prepared by consultant survey firms to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements. Process and reduce field data using field-to-office workflows, field coding, and linework generation to produce accurate mapping and design deliverables. Research and analyze title reports, legal descriptions, deeds, plats, and other public records to support boundary determinations and land development projects. Assist in establishing property boundaries, centerlines, rights-of-way, easements, and parcel linework using recorded documents and field measurements. Review as-built drawings, record drawings, and utility information to develop and maintain accurate CADD files representing existing site conditions and infrastructure. Partner closely with project managers, engineers, designers, and field teams to ensure survey information is accurate, complete, and supports successful project delivery. Contribute to a collaborative, multidisciplinary team focused on delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions for public and private clients.
