Due to MSG's continued growth, we’re expanding our Transportation Engineering services in Pennsylvania and developing a dedicated Structures group within our Hermitage, Cranberry, and Waynesburg offices. We are seeking a Structure/Bridge Practice Leader to guide bridge and structural engineering efforts, lead project delivery, and develop technical talent. This role offers an opportunity to shape a growing practice and provide leadership on a variety of structural transportation projects. Lead structural design and analysis for bridges, culverts, retaining walls, and other transportation-related structures. Prepare structural calculations, design reports, load ratings, design plans, and specifications. Oversee production of structural drawings and coordinate with roadway, traffic, geotechnical, and survey teams. Manage multiple structural projects, including budgets, schedules, and client communication. Review the work of junior engineers and provide mentorship, training, and technical direction. Conduct quality control reviews to ensure compliance with PennDOT standards, AASHTO LRFD, and applicable codes. Support proposals, project scoping, and business development activities as MSG expands its structural practice in PA. Attend coordination meetings with clients, contractors, and internal teams. Lead efforts to improve structural design processes, workflows, and team development.
