We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to support the facility mechanical system design within our MEP team. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary engineers, architects, and designers to develop HVAC, plumbing, and other building mechanical systems from concept through construction. Technical Skill and Creative Spirit is our mantra. The right candidate shall be able to think beyond typical solutions and apply innovative ideas to produce efficient and thoughtful projects. Assist in the design, layout, and modeling of mechanical systems including HVAC, hydronic systems, natural gas distribution and domestic plumbing. Develop construction drawings, specifications, sequence of operations and technical documentation using REVIT and/or AutoCAD and other industry tools. Familiarity with using Navisworks and/or Point Cloud scans. Perform engineering calculations, load calculations, and system sizing under supervision of senior staff. Collaborate with internal team members and external stakeholders (architects, contractors, clients). Conduct site visits, field verification, and assist with project assessments when needed. Support the preparation of cost estimates, reports, and project deliverables. Basic experience researching and applying relevant building codes, standards, and best practices (ASHRAE, IMC, IPC, State codes, etc.). Participate in project coordination meetings and contribute to design discussions.
