We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer - Project Manager to join our team in our Reno or Minden, Nevada office. Lead project planning, scheduling, and team coordination to ensure successful project delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and coordinate construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates. Provide technical leadership and support to project teams, ensuring high-quality design and documentation. Perform building code analysis and ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulatory requirements. Conduct quality control reviews of internal and consultant deliverables. Coordinate construction administration activities, including submittal reviews, RFIs, site observations, and inspections. Support business development efforts through client presentations, proposals, and relationship building. Maintain organized project records and stay current on building codes, industry standards, and best practices.
