Position Overview We’re seeking an experienced Solution Manager – Technical Project Manager to lead strategic customer implementations and internal initiatives. This hybrid role combines client-facing project execution with internal coordination, requiring deep SAP experience and enterprise project delivery expertise. You’ll drive full lifecycle solution delivery from initiation through support handoff, working cross-functionally with global customers and internal engineering, support, and product teams. Lead full-cycle implementation projects for strategic customers Execute and manage project plans, deliverables, schedules, and scope Manage customer relationships and serve as main project point of contact Track resource allocation and ensure proper time utilization Monitor and report project status in weekly customer and stakeholder reports Coordinate project risk management and change control activities Drive successful project handoffs from Professional Services to Support Define and apply project standards and best practices Provide functional analysis related to SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Suite Participate in quality assurance, milestone reviews, and acceptance processes
