Seeking an experience Senior Architect with experience leading and overseeing architectural design from Pre-Design through Construction Administration. We will consider candidates willing to relocate. Design Leadership Lead and oversee architectural design from Pre-Design through Construction Administration , ensuring alignment with client goals, program requirements, budget, and schedule. Translate conceptual design intent into clear, coordinated, and buildable solutions. Uphold the firm’s design standards, and quality objectives. Technical & Project Execution Direct production of Construction Documents consistent with AIA documentation standards. Resolve complex technical, code, and constructability issues. Coordinate architectural work with consultants (structural, MEP, civil, specialty). Maintain compliance with applicable codes, zoning ordinances, accessibility standards, and sustainability goals. Construction Phase Services Provide oversight during Bidding/Negotiation and Construction Administration . Review submittals and shop drawings for conformance with design intent. Respond to RFIs and issue Architectural Supplemental Instructions (ASIs) as required. Participate in site visits, field observations, and problem resolution. Client & Stakeholder Engagement Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors. Present design solutions and technical recommendations clearly and professionally. Support project management efforts related to scope, schedule, and fee. Mentorship & Firm Support Mentor architectural staff and provide technical guidance across project teams. Assist in establishing office standards, QA/QC processes, and best practices. Contribute to proposal development, interviews, and business development efforts as needed.
