We are seeking a Project Manager/Estimator with 3-5 years of experience in commercial drywall estimating and project management. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and project leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience with OnCenter and Quickbid software and will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. We are looking for a go-getter who is eager to grow with the company, with a preference for candidates with a degree in Construction Management or similar fields, although this is not a strict requirement. • Perform precise takeoffs and estimates for drywall, metal stud, and acoustical ceiling projects. • Develop comprehensive material and labor cost estimates. • Maintain and build relationships with vendors to secure competitive material pricing. • Participate in bid reviews with project teams and supervisors. • Manage project timelines, budgets, and client relationships to ensure successful project execution. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the scope of work, project goals, and deadlines are met. • Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address project challenges and ensure high- quality delivery. • Oversee contract negotiations, scope inclusions/exclusions, and handle project management duties from start to finish.
