Honest Origins, a division of Trinidad Benham Corp., a national leader in the consumer food products industry is seeking a Machine Operator for our Antioch, TN facility. This position will set up and maintain proper Machine Operation while maintaining the best quality possible for wholesale/retail packaging. The schedule for this Production position will be: The schedule will flex based on Production needs on 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shifts. Primary responsibilities of a Machine Operator are to: Set up and perform safe start-ups at the beginning of each shift. Think safety. Conduct prompt start-ups, timely shutdowns, and precise changeovers from one product to another. Recording accurate production output and downtime. Record and maintain Quality Control throughout the machine process. Maintain proper sanitation of the equipment and production environment according to plant GMP’s. Complete all SQF related documentation. Will operate the cook room overall including the Blending and Packaging processes. Frequent Forklift operation including stand-up and sit down lifts. Follow all Food Safety procedures and policies. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisory personnel, possibly including, but not limited to, preventive maintenance and cleaning. Occasional plant Sanitation duties.
