We hope you feel the same. Senior Delivery Manager We’re looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to join our Product and Delivery team. You’ll work in multi-disciplinary teams to deliver great outcomes for public and private sector clients. As a Senior Delivery Manager, you’ll be working on complex projects, with multiple teams, or strategically with senior stakeholders. Lead and motivate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver products and services that meet users’ needs Helping teams organise and plan their work Enable teams to communicate their plans clearly and deliver outcomes using agile practices Work with teams and organisations to adopt an agile mindset or agile practices as appropriate Identify and build the teams and resources needed to deliver client goals Proactively identify and address risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers Help influence strategic direction for an engagement Promote a good working environment with high-performing teams who can enjoy working together Develop, guide and coach an assigned team Be a key member of our Delivery Management community, learning, sharing and applying skills and knowledge to improve Support the development of the Delivery practices toolkit and processes
