You’ll manage a varied and meaningful caseload across the full criminal process—from police investigations and interviews through to Magistrates’ and Crown Court proceedings , including Post Incident Procedures. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on cases that contribute to social justice and protect individuals’ rights. Running cases end-to-end, building strong, well-prepared defences Advising and supporting clients at often challenging times, both in person and remotely Representing clients at police stations, hearings, and court proceedings Collaborating with experts and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes Keeping up to date with criminal law, procedure, and best practice
