A strong capability to evaluate the likelihood of success and the value of ET claims is essential, as is the skill to calculate special damages and other financial aspects. The role also demands the ability to work efficiently and accurately within tight timelines, while maintaining clear verbal and written communication, including strong drafting and advocacy abilities. Competency in organising and managing case files efficiently is vital, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word, and knowledge of electronic case management systems.
