Ensure all collection activities comply with internal policies, audit standards, and UAE regulatory requirements. Maintain strong governance and control frameworks to minimize risk. Customer Dispute Resolution Track and resolve customer disputes related to payments or services. Collaborate with internal teams for timely, fair, and customer-centric solutions. Customer Communication Ensure effective and professional communication to maximize recoveries while preserving the customer experience. Handle customer interactions across various digital channels.
