Job location: Balangir, Odisha About the role: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Area Business Manager (ABM) to join our team in Balangir, Odisha. The ABM will lead sales for Sun King EX Grid-Tied Inverters and Rooftop Solar (RTS) solutions under PM Surya Ghar Yojana and will work on engaging customers effectively to run overall sales in the Balangir territory. Drive sales of Sun King EX grid-tied inverters and roof top solar systems. Build funnel through EPCs, EO (Energy Officers), banks, partners, and direct consumers. Achieve sales targets by successfully mentoring a field sales team of energy officers. Conduct customer meets, demos, and partner activations. Ensure complete documentation, KYC, and subsidy compliance. Oversee installation coordination and payment collections. Monitor customer experience and conduct field audits. Ensure complete adoption of CRM and tech tools to manage the sales process through software tools used in Sun King.
