Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria About the role: The Associate Brand Manager – PAYG Phones will lead marketing initiatives for the company’s smartphone portfolio. The role focuses on driving brand visibility, demand generation, and customer engagement while supporting sales channels with marketing tools, campaigns, and content. This individual ensures the smartphone portfolio is effectively positioned in the market and resonates with target customers. Work closely with the Global PAYG Marketing Manager to translate the strategic PAYG plan into in-country strategic and executional plans. Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness and sales of PayG phones. Create compelling product messaging, digital content, promotional materials, and sales tools for field teams. Support product launches, internal and customer-facing promotions, and market activations. Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer care, Programs Optimization, and external partners to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned and impactful. Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
