We are hiring an analytical, commercially minded, and highly collaborative Demand Planner to join our Planning team. This role will own the demand forecast across multiple product categories, connecting data, product strategy, customer behavior, and channel trends into a clear demand signal for the business. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and able to turn complex information into actionable insights that drive smarter inventory and planning decisions. · Own the demand forecast across multiple product categories, translating statistical forecasts, business trends, and commercial inputs into actionable plans. · Lead weekly forecast reviews, identifying risks, opportunities, and key changes versus plan. · Partner with Merchandising to understand launches, assortment shifts, lifecycle strategies, and category dynamics. · Collaborate with Channel Planning to ensure demand forecasts align with channel-level sales and inventory plans. · Work with Data Science to improve forecast accuracy by incorporating promotional activity, customer behavior, cannibalization risk, and other demand drivers. · Support OTB and financial planning conversations by clearly communicating forecast changes, demand trends, and inventory implications. · Analyze forecast performance, including forecast accuracy, bias, demand variability, inventory health, and trend versus plan. · Present demand insights and recommendations to cross-functional partners with clarity and confidence. · Support new product launches by evaluating historical analogs, launch plans, category trends, and channel expectations. · Evolve demand planning tools, reporting, and processes as the business continues to scale.
