SKIMS is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Project Manager & Operations Analyst with strong operations management experience. This position is critical in supporting the company’s operational strategies for exponential growth and establishing operational excellence. Lead and manage large scale operations and logistics projects, from concept through execution, including product launches, network optimization, and process improvements Create project trackers with deadlines and tasks with clear communication of milestones, roles/responsibilities, and deadlines to completion Manage project scope, budgets, risks, and timelines using structured project management methodologies Synthesize and connect data from several sources into manageable data points to support operations, and logistics projects Drive cross-functional communication and ensure stakeholder alignment at all levels of the organization Oversee vendor and supplier coordination on projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality standards, and contractual obligations Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement Lead change management efforts related to system implementations, process redesigns, organizational shifts Ability to summarize and highlight key findings from all analysis performed for senior management review Create Operational and Logistical KPIs and executive dashboards for transparency and action Lead and project manage RFP efforts and 3PL go-live planning Outstanding problem-solving experience, using data to identify an issue, implementing a course of action, and seeing it through to completion Operations and supply chain experience with understanding of warehouse operations, logistics and revenue impactful strategies
