The Parking Ambassador Supervisor leads frontline parking operations while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-organized parking environment. This role combines hands-on customer engagement with team leadership, serving as the primary point of contact for Parking Ambassadors and maintaining high service standards across the operation. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage both people and day-to-day parking operations effectively. Supervise, coach, and support a team of Parking Ambassadors to ensure excellent performance and customer service Provide on-the-job training, guidance, and feedback to team members Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and staffing adjustments as needed Monitor team performance and address attendance, conduct, or service issues in alignment with company policies Lead by example, maintaining a professional and customer-focused presence at all times Ensure a welcoming and professional experience for all customers, tenants, and visitors Escalate and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service recovery situations promptly and effectively Support ambassadors in handling complex or challenging customer interactions Promote a culture of service excellence and accountability Oversee daily parking operations to ensure compliance with facility rules and company procedures Monitor parking areas for proper usage, safety, and efficiency Ensure citations and warnings are issued accurately and in accordance with policy Coordinate traffic flow during peak periods, special events, and emergencies Conduct routine inspections of parking areas for cleanliness, signage visibility, and equipment functionality Identify and report hazards, incidents, or maintenance issues; escalate urgent concerns as needed Ensure the parking environment remains safe, clean, and organized at all times Utilize parking technology systems, handheld devices, and reporting tools as required Track and communicate operational updates, incidents, and performance metrics to management Assist with audits, reporting, and compliance documentation
