The Parking Ambassador serves as the frontline representative for parking operations, delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring safe, efficient, and organized parking experiences for guests, tenants, and visitors. This role is highly visible and customer-facing, requiring a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to assist patrons with parking-related needs. Provide a welcoming and professional experience to all customers and visitors Greet and assist patrons with parking directions, payment options, and general inquiries Monitor parking areas to ensure compliance with facility rules and regulations Issue parking citations or warnings when necessary, following company policies Respond promptly and courteously to customer concerns, complaints, or service requests Assist with traffic flow during peak hours, special events, or emergencies Perform basic facility checks (e.g., signage visibility, cleanliness, equipment functionality) Report hazards, incidents, or maintenance issues to management Utilize parking systems or handheld devices as required Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly parking environment Represent the organization positively and professionally at all times
