The 1st Commis Chef is responsible for assisting the Sous Chef and Chef de Partie in producing and delivering the best culinary experience at sea. The role requires a strong understanding of international cuisine, recipes and culinary processes and food safety practices. Job responsibilities include adhering to company recipes, daily production schedules, demonstrating an ongoing understanding of the ingredient consumption required for daily production to minimize food waste during production. The role also requires demonstrating commitment to safety, compliance with international regulations and Company standards, and upholding the company's values while maintaining professional relationships, and promoting a harassment-free environment.
