Salary Range : $17.35-$18.35 hourly plus commission Location: Grand Prairie, Texas Effectively communicate on a day-to-day basis with potential residents regarding building availability and tours Orchestrate both new leases and lease renewals Follow up with prospective residents Assist in off-site and on-site marketing Properly respond to any resident concerns Meet with Property Manager on a daily basis to submit reports and review any ideas to assist with promoting leasing results Provide support to other leasing consultants
