Providing second-line clinical triage for same-day patient presentations Conducting face-to-face, telephone, and digital consultations Assessing, diagnosing, and managing a variety of acute health conditions Carrying out home visits where required Supporting vaccination and preventative healthcare programmes Working closely with GPs, Nurses, and other healthcare professionals Contributing to quality improvement and service development initiatives Delivering safe, effective, and compassionate patient care
