We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports to support data-driven decision-making processes. The Data Analyst will work closely with various departments to identify business needs, assess data quality, and develop actionable insights. Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Develop and implement data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize efficiency and quality. Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure the accuracy of reporting. Assist in the design and development of databases, data systems, and data collection strategies. Monitor data integrity, identify data discrepancies, and recommend corrective measures. Create and maintain technical documentation for data processes and workflows. Support business decisions through ad hoc analysis as needed.
