The Scrum Master / BA will partner closely with customers, stakeholders, and delivery teams to gather business requirements, prioritize work, manage project execution, and ensure successful outcomes aligned with organizational goals. In assuming this position, you will be a critical contributor to meeting Nuvitek's mission: To deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions and services that enable our customers to rapidly adapt to dynamic environments. Gather, analyze, and refine business requirements, translating them into scalable technical solutions. Develop automated workflows and integrations that improve business processes and operational efficiency. Support the full application lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and production support. Implement best practices for security, compliance, performance, and maintainability. Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and platform issues. Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, architects, and other technical teams to ensure successful delivery. Develop and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational support materials.
