Nüvitek is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to lead growth across designated federal accounts. This is a senior, revenue-generating role responsible for expanding Nüvitek’s presence within assigned agencies by building executive relationships, identifying new opportunities, and growing both existing and new work. The Strategic Account Executive will own account strategy and revenue expansion within their portfolio. This individual will serve as a primary face of Nuvitek within assigned agencies and must be highly credible with senior government leaders. This role is ideal for a seasoned federal growth professional who combines strategic thinking, strong relationship instincts, and disciplined execution. Account Strategy & Ownership Develop and execute multi-year account growth strategies for assigned federal agencies Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities aligned to agency priorities Expand existing programs and drive follow-on work Maintain deep understanding of agency mission, leadership, budget cycles, and procurement landscape Continuously assess competitive positioning and whitespace opportunities Executive Relationship Development Build and sustain trusted relationships with senior government stakeholders Engage program leaders, contracting officers, and key influencers Represent Nuvitek in agency meetings, industry engagements, and strategic discussions Position Nuvitek as a long-term mission partner Revenue Growth & Pipeline Management Drive pipeline creation and revenue growth within assigned accounts Maintain disciplined CRM documentation and forecasting Ensure opportunities are properly qualified and strategically aligned Collaborate with growth and capture teams to align strategy and execution Internal Leadership & Market Intelligence Provide account insights and competitive intelligence to growth leadership Help shape messaging and positioning within assigned agencies Advocate internally for account priorities and customer needs Contribute to overall growth strategy across the organization
