We’re looking for a friendly, hands-on Yard Team Member to join our team at Witheridge. Contract: Permanent Hours: Full-time Hours of Work: 40 Hours per week, working Monday to Friday As a Yard Team Member, you’ll play a key role in keeping the yard running smoothly. From helping customers and handling stock to keeping the site tidy and safe, your work will make a real difference to the day-to-day experience of our members and customers. You’ll work closely with the Site Foreman and store team and be part of a business that’s proud to support British agriculture. Key responsibilities include: • Welcoming customers and offering helpful, solution-focused support • Handling counter duties confidently and efficiently • Building product knowledge, especially in your assigned categories • Supporting stock handling, deliveries, and seasonal adjustments • Helping resolve out-of-stock issues with a proactive approach • Keeping the yard clean, safe, and well-organised • Following health & safety, UFAS, and other compliance procedures • Pitching in with other tasks and contributing to a positive team environment
