About this role
SCOPE The overall scope of the role is to maintain and oversee the property accounting records and accounting operations, to ensure the compliance with the RA accounting standards and tax legislation, to support internal and external audits, financial planning and management reporting. The position supports the Director of Finance in the effective financial management, control and reporting of the company. The Chief Accountant leads the company’s accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy, integrity and timeliness of financial reports. Also, to ensure compliance with the accounting standards and tax legislation of the RA. To safeguard the financial integrity and stability of the property and minimize any exposure to potential risks. To serve as a point of contact for other department managers.
