What You’ll Do As the Phlebotomist for the Mobile Unit, you will be responsible for performing venipuncture for plasmapheresis and providing world-class quality service to donors. This role is critical to Parachute’s donor-centric mission, and an opportunity to be a part of an agile, passionate, and fast-growing team. Compensation: Starting at $23.50/hour with monthly bonus potential and benefits Required: Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Drive and operate our cutting-edge mobile plasma center, ensuring compliance with vehicle operation requirements. It is a 44-foot-long trailer towed by a F550. Provide exceptional customer service. This includes engaging, educating, and attending to the donors throughout the donation process, highlighting the positive impact of the donation, and assisting the Management and Quality team. Identify donor reactions and monitor collection devices. Assist in determining the suitability of donors to undergo plasmapheresis prior to venipuncture. Own all activities on the donor floor including donor setup, disconnect, phlebotomy, documentation of procedures, donor reactions, and all calibrations.
