Role Overview Join our team as a Registered Nurse, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering compassionate and high-quality care to our patients. Key Responsibilities Assess and record patient health conditions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Coordinate with healthcare team members to plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Provide emotional support and education to patients and families. Required Skills and Experience Current RN license in good standing. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting. Proficient in patient assessment and documentation. Experience in administering oral and intravenous medications. Preferred / Nice-to-have Skills Experience in a specialized area such as oncology or geriatrics. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems. Education and Certifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Soft Skills and Behavioral Expectations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
