Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of registered nurses to deliver excellent patient care. Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Administer medications and manage patient records accurately. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Required Skills and Experience: Active RN license. 3+ years of clinical experience, preferably in a leadership role. Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills: BSN degree preferred. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
