Required Skills and Experience Current RN license in the state of operation. Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience. Strong knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and processes. Preferred Skills Experience in a specialized clinical area such as oncology or cardiology. Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
