Role Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. As a Patient Care Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality patient care, ensuring the comfort and wellbeing of our patients. Key Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient health and record observations accurately. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans. Educate patients and families on management of illnesses or injuries. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards. Required Skills and Experience: Valid RN license. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting. Proficient in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. Preferred / Nice-to-have Skills: Experience in critical care or emergency nursing. Advanced CPR certification. Education and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with relevant experience. Soft Skills and Behavioral Expectations: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
