Are you ready to advance your career in mechanical design? As a Mechanical Designer at ISG , you will dive into the world of Revit, blueprint creation, and innovative problem-solving. From drafting to prototyping, you’ll be at the forefront of turning concepts into reality. In addition, you will be an ISG Employee Owner working collaboratively with your fellow employee owners, along with partnering with Mechanical Engineers to support the production of construction documents and blueprints for different building types. You will be working within Revit to create layout of mechanical systems within buildings. In this role, you will work closely with Tony Effenberger , PE, Mechanical Engineering Practice Group Leader, along with others on the Mechanical Engineering team. You will also collaborate with ISG internal resources for design and project coordination, project execution and construction administration. Here are some projects we’ve worked on recently that might give you a better sense of what you’ll be doing day to day: Madelia Community Hospital, Madelia, MN Sunrise Hill Care Assisted Living, Traer, IA ISG Des Moines Office Space, Des Moines, IA Design and draft HVAC, plumbing and fire protection mechanical systems using Revit Produce and coordinate construction drawings with other disciplines Field measure and document existing buildings Interface with other ISG team members in a positive & professional manner Work collaboratively with multi-discipline engineering teams and project managers We’ve listed a compensation range that reflects our expectations for this role, including both direct and indirect components.
