We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Lead to join our dynamic team at inDrive. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's presence and growing our business in Mexico. Hold responsibility for Passengers Acquisition and Retention KPIs Lead a matrix-structured marketing team, as well as interact with other departments: Business Development, Marketplace Efficiency, Driver Operations, Product Drive Annual Marketing plan of the country, analyzing digital performance, media, and car branding strategies to optimize marketing mix Hold country marketing budget processes Generate hypotheses and execute tests to drive growth hacking initiatives Lead Brand positioning in line with local insights and global brand guidelines Oversee the creation of effective and culturally relevant creatives for all marketing channels Identify and nurture partnerships that align with marketing objectives Perform market and audience research
