About the team Control Panel Development team’s main product is HostPilot / Control Panel — a web administrative portal that allows Intermedia customers and partners to manage their services, users, devices, subscriptions and related account settings. The team also supports core backend services and integrations around Control Panel, including synchronization, directory, notifications, Partner Portal integrations, BFF services, .NET-based services, Angular frontends and supporting infrastructure. Build, maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps and Octopus Deploy. Deploy and support applications across development, testing and production environments. Automate infrastructure and configuration management using Ansible. Support Windows (IIS/ARR) and Linux-based environments. Help operate Kubernetes-hosted applications and modern cloud-native services. Monitor production systems, investigate incidents and improve platform reliability. Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure and application issues. Work closely with engineering teams to deliver reliable production releases. Contribute to operational documentation and deployment runbooks.
