About this role
As a Tube Bender at Impulse, you will be responsible for the precision assembly, testing, inspection, and documentation of high-reliability tube fabrication. This role is hands-on, detail-oriented, and critical to delivering flight-worthy hardware on aggressive timelines. Perform tube fabrication operations such as cutting, bending, flaring, proofing, and assembly of seals and fittings Identify, document, and communicate non conformances or build issues Work with designers, engineers and other technicians to improve tube fabrication processes and throughput Provide training and guidance to other technicians Clean, prep, and handle parts in accordance with aerospace cleanliness standards Operate and maintain tube bending machinery Support continuous improvement efforts in tooling, processes, and assembly flow Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
