About this role
As a Senior Propulsion Component Engineer (Fluids) at Impulse , you will own all aspects of component design from concept to product realization, while working closely with a fast-paced, agile team that strives to make a high-performance spacecraft from a clean sheet design. Design propulsion system valves and fluid components including cryogenic, high pressure and high temperature systems Own all aspects of component design from initial concepts to product realization Generate detailed CAD models and manufacturing drawings Perform fluid, thermal, and structural analysis as required Establish assembly procedures and work hands-on with technicians to refine this process Define and support rigorous component development and qualification testing Resolve technical issues with innovative and resourceful solutions
