ROLE PURPOSE The Service Parts Planning & Systems Analyst is responsible for optimizing service parts availability, inventory, and planning execution through advanced forecasting and analytic tools to produce ‘the forecast’ which will in turn be executed using company’s JD Edwards ERP system. Stated simply, this position is the key resource in generating the plan that ensures we have the right parts, in the right place, at the right time supporting our Field Services Technician (FSE). Key responsibilities include: · Generating and managing forecasts for Field Replacement Units (FRU), Field Service Small Parts Spares, and Repair Kits. · Maintain system planning parameters within the Baxter System. · Identify opportunities to optimization inventory between the Distribution Center, Forward Stocking Locations, and FSE Van Stock. Assist in developing KPIs necessary to data-driven decision making.
