About this role
ROLE PURPOSE The Master Data Steward will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data across the global organisation. This position involves collaborating with multiple teams across the whole Glory business, including Customer Experience, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Service and IT team, to maintain global master data standards and process within the Glory businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data governance principles, data quality management, and experience with data management tools such as Oracle Product Data Hub(PDH)/Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ)/Customer Data Management(CDM) and technologies. Develop, implement, and maintain master data management policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data quality and integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data quality issues and ensure data consistency across systems. Monitor and maintain master data records, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and up to date. Assist in the design and implementation of MDM solutions and tools, including data modelling, data governance frameworks, and workflows. Conduct data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues and recommend preventive and corrective actions. Configure and develop MDM tools such as Oracle Product Information Management/Oracle Enterprise Data Quality/Oracle Product Development (PLM) to drive and improve overall global data quality Provide training and support to business units within global organisation on best practices related to master data management. Develop and maintain documentation related to master data processes, data definitions, and data governance. Participate in data migration projects and support global ERP system implementations from a master data perspective.
