About this role
In this role you will be responsible for the safe handling, inspection, assembly, packaging, and preparation of sensitive electronic components and electrical panel assemblies for shipment. This role involves mounting components, running wires between components, and completing final assembly of metal enclosures while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and production standards. Label, sort, and organize packaged materials for inventory and distribution. Ability to follow and understand assembly instructions, including drawings, prints, and electrical schematics. This position will occasionally be asked to assist in employee development and continuous improvement. Follow established work instructions, packaging specifications, and quality standards. Test and troubleshoot equipment and take corrective measures as needed. Proven ability to troubleshoot equipment and make corrective measures if needed. Understanding of electrical hardware design, with associated drawings and bill of materials.
