Young people enjoy a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities , including: Outdoor experiences: Trips to parks, countryside walks, sports activities Rollerblading, cycling, bowling, and community outings Experiences & days out: Cinema visits, leisure centres, virtual reality experiences Shopping trips, local attractions, and special events Indoor activities: Baking and cooking Gaming, movies, and board games Arts and crafts, puzzles, chess Coding, creative play, and hobbies tailored to individual interests We provide a structured, supportive environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential. 🕒 What You’ll Do Deliver high-quality care and emotional support, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children and young people Build positive, trusting relationships through consistency, empathy, and resilience Work as part of a professional team in a 365-day service, following structured rotas and long shifts (7:30am–11pm), including sleep-in duties 💰 What You’ll Earn Annual salary: £34,402 – £35,025 (based on £13.45–£13.75 per hour + 8 sleep-ins per month, dependent on qualifications) Pay rate effective from 1st April 2026 Opportunities to increase earnings through overtime and additional shifts ✅ What You’ll Need Full UK Driving Licence Aged 21+ with the right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available) Previous experience in childcare or the wider care sector ✨ Why Join Esland?
