EBCAP is looking for a dynamic and compassionate Program Manager to lead our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) outpatient program. This is more than a management role — it's an opportunity to champion trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care while building and supporting a team of dedicated clinicians doing meaningful work every day. You'll provide clinical and administrative leadership for a multidisciplinary outpatient team serving individuals with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring conditions. Day to day, you'll: Supervise and mentor outpatient clinicians, case managers, and support staff Drive timely patient access, engagement, and continuity of care Ensure excellence in clinical documentation, treatment planning, and evidence-based practice Monitor productivity, scheduling, and operational performance metrics Partner with primary care, quality improvement, and leadership teams to deliver integrated, whole-person care Lead staff recruitment, onboarding, professional development, and performance evaluations Support crisis response, risk management, and patient safety initiatives
