WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR Continental is seeking a standout IOYC Deck Crew team member ready to spend the summer on the water while delivering exceptional guest experiences aboard Infinity and Ovation Yacht Charters. This is a unique opportunity to support weddings, corporate events, and social cruises while gaining hands-on experience in the marine industry. Whether you’ve spent time on boats or are looking to learn, you’ll build valuable skills, earn sea time, and play a key role in operating a vessel safely and professionally. We’re looking for someone who is collaborative, hands-on, and energized by creating memorable moments for guests in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. The IOYC Deck Crew are valuable members of our team who: Provide first-rate safety and service to guests and team members aboard the Infinity and Ovation Yachts Act as a company brand ambassador, embodying our core values and guiding principles Support the overall guest experience across a variety of event types including weddings, corporate outings, and social cruises Are comfortable working aboard a large vessel while traveling short distances over water Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and are willing to jump in wherever needed Take pride in being an integral part of operating a vessel safely and professionally Are interested in growing within a dynamic, hospitality-driven team Are committed to excellence and delivering polished, professional service Work best in a creative, collaborative environment Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings and weekends Must be 18 years of age or older
