Working closely with Product Managers, the wider Business Analysts team, and Software Engineering teams, you will play a key role in eliciting, analysing, and documenting business requirements. You will support the successful delivery of application and process enhancements throughout the full software development lifecycle, ensuring business objectives are translated into effective and scalable solutions. As CDL continues to evolve its AI-Driven Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC), you will play an important role in shaping requirements, validating AI-generated outputs, and ensuring solutions deliver value in a safe, effective and sustainable way. You will work across business, product and technology teams, helping navigate complexity and turn outcomes into actionable delivery plans. Actively participate and contribute to the Analyst community of practice, sharing experiences and knowledge with other analysts Maintain and increase knowledge of design processes, tools, analysis best practice and architecture of CDL applications. Operates with a continuous improvement mindset towards the products they look after. Liaise with Product Owners to identify value and develop requirements. Develop requirements storyboards and write user stories with the squad. Work with the squad to refine backlog and prepare tickets for sprint planning using INVEST criteria. Carry incident management and investigation based on set priorities. Work with cross-functional teams to solve problems and develop solutions. Write scoping briefs and solution design documents. Contribute to a BA community of practice to improve skills and working practices. Facilitate workshops in person and online. Manage technical, product and business stakeholder groups.
