You will oversee the transition of vehicles out of our Reconditioning Department (where paint, panel, and cosmetic repairs are executed) and ensure every car meets our exacting standards before it is dispatched to a customer. Workflow Management: Direct the daily priorities for the Reconditioning team to meet delivery deadlines and inventory targets. Quality control: Execute comprehensive quality checks on all panel and cosmetic repairs, ensuring every vehicle meets Carma standards. Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of spray painters, and panel specialists, driving excellence in performance, training, and safety. Results driven: Motivate and drive a high-output team to hit daily production targets. Strategic improvements: Proactively identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks or "Work-in-Progress" (WIP) lag to ensure consistent inventory flow.
