As a Spray Painter at Carma, you’ll step into our brand-new paint shop with low-bake booths and a modern water-based system. We focus on smart repairs, and our team of fitters and paint preppers have your back, helping get cars ready so you can spend your time in the booth delivering fresh, high-quality finishes. You’ll be part of a friendly, fast-moving team where quality and teamwork come first. Deliver top-quality paint finishes on smart repair jobs. Work efficiently in a team-focused, fast-paced environment. Collaborate with the team to prepare vehicles for painting, ensuring precision with masking, filling, and colour matching.
