In this role, you will ensure our People systems are effective, reliable and aligned to business needs, while delivering meaningful workforce insights that support informed decision-making across the organisation. You will lead system improvements, drive automation and innovation, and identify opportunities to streamline processes through new technologies, including AI. Working closely with stakeholders, IT teams and external partners, you will champion data quality, governance and compliance, develop impactful reporting and analytics, and support key People initiatives. As a leader of the Systems & Reporting team, you will coach and develop colleagues, fostering a collaborative, service-focused approach that enables the successful delivery of BMT’s People Strategy.
